What is Jeonsae system in Korea?

Jeonsae is the unique leasing system in Korea. If a tenant deposits 80% to 90% of the property price, the tenant can live without a monthly rent. The landlord (investor) can purchase the building only at the price excluding the security deposit. In other words, the landlord (investor) can buy the building with the amount of 10 ~ 20% of the real estate price of the property, so the investment can be minimized and the return can be maximized.
This is why we did make ‘low risk-high return’ real estate product using Korea’s unique leasing system called Jeonsae.
